All of our puppies regardless of age, sex, color, eye color, or coat length are sold on a MANDATORY spay/neuter contract. No exceptions!

Reservation fees are transferable. A maximum of 2 puppies can be choosen per fee. If you for go the 2nd puppy you will forefit your fee; at which time you will have to resubmit an application and begin the process again. 

Reservation fees are placed either prior to whelping or on an available puppy. The fee is for a specific puppy or spot. If at any time we feel the sale should not go through we have to right to refund a fee and end a sale. This can be with a reason told to you or for any reason we see fit.

Pick up for the puppy is scheduled a week or more in advance. You pick the time and day, we expect you to arrive on time for pick up as we do have other families who are scheduled around your appointment. We reserve the right to reschedule your pick up time if you are more than 10 minutes late.
